Shipping fee: $15.00 USD
Free standard shipping is available on orders $159+ USD.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, and seasonal order volume.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow extra processing time during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. You can use the tracking number to follow your package status.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Wild Surf Gear is not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when possible.
Items that have been used in water, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that cannot be resold may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
For returns that are not caused by a product quality issue, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We’re a small surf brand, not Amazon — so every return label matters. Thanks for understanding and supporting independent ocean-loving businesses like ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and help with a suitable replacement, exchange, or refund solution.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
